For our new venture within the FUTRUE Group, we are immediately seeking a (Junior) Engineer – BCI Probe & Electrode Design (m/f/d) to develop the leading generation of brain-computer interfaces with us by 2030, redefining the boundaries of medicine.

Your tasks
You will develop the core components of our brain-computer interface with us: implantable micro-electrodes.
- Design and develop, together with your team, our implantable multi-channel recording and stimulation electrodes, and help to advance them into clinical use.
- Support the optimization of the electrode geometry, structure, and layout to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio and ensure its long-term stability.
- Evaluate and select materials that guarantee the safe and durable implantation of the electrodes within the brain.
- Develop and validate the design in collaboration with your team and our partners; assist in coordinating the interfaces with our development partners and internal FUTRUE teams.
