Your mission with us
Your tasks
You will build the scientific foundation for our BCI development and derive strategic decisions from it.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses on defined technical and clinical questions (electrodes, chip architectures, decoding, packaging, biocompatibility, indications).
- Critically assess the state of the art: identify technological gaps, risks, and opportunities, and translate your findings into clear decision briefs for management.
- Analyze patent landscapes, publication clusters, and competitor activities, and derive strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the other FUTRUE teams to secure our innovation lead.
Requirements

- You are passionate about shaping the next major innovation in the health-tech sector in an environment with fast decision-making processes.
- You have strong analytical skills, work methodically with primary scientific literature, and can critically evaluate study designs and levels of evidence.
- You are proficient in using AI tools to systematically maximize your efficiency and output.
- You have completed your degree or PhD in natural science, engineering, or a comparable field, ranking among the top of your class.
- You have a strong drive, the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and can communicate complex matters concisely; ideally demonstrated through internships, social engagement, or similar activities.
- You are business-fluent in English or German (min. C1).
